You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Working with customers with adult social care needs in a residential setting, support and duration of support tailored to meet the individuals needs. Where were flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion. Weekend work will be required on a Rota basis/ No sleep ins / We dont work Bank Holidays/ After your probationary period you will have the opportunity to become an out of hours On-Call responder (paid at £50 for the first hour or part of the hour then at your usual rate of pay should the call out take longer). You may also be required to do shifts at other houses in Penzance, Newquay or St Austell. All houses accommodate customers with Adult Social Care (ASC) Needs. Appropriate travel expenses are paid if you travel further than your base. Although youll lone work some of the time, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
