Overview

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across the region, ensuring alignment with Publicis Production's global talent strategy. This role drives operational excellence, manages complex hiring needs, and supports the Head of TA in enabling a modern, high-performing Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Delivery

  • Own recruitment delivery in the region, ensuring alignment with global TA strategy.
  • Serve as the escalation point for senior stakeholder and complex, business-critical hiring needs.
  • Ensure high-quality hiring at pace, supporting rapid mobilisation needs across with production and technology.
  • Implement global TA initiatives at the regional level, adapting where needed for local requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with TA processes, ATS usage, reporting standards and data quality.
  • Support the Head of TA in guiding, developing, and enabling the TA team, fostering operational excellence and capability growth.

Strategic Partnering

  • Lead recruitment strategies for senior and high-priority roles.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional senior stakeholders, providing consultative guidance and talent insight.
  • Partner with the business to anticipate urgent staffing needs, activating sourcing strategies that enable hiring at speed without compromising quality.
  • Provide talent intelligence, market mapping and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
  • Identify talent trends and advise on adjustments to sourcing strategies.

Process, Technology & Innovation

  • Monitor and improve time-to-hire metrics, using data to identify bottlenecks and drive process efficiency.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as process improvements, technology implementations, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of AI-driven tools and recruitment technologies.
  • Review recruitment processes to identify efficiency opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure quality of hire, pipeline health, and overall operational readiness.

Sourcing Excellence & Candidate Experience

  • Innovate sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Share best practices and expertise with the wider TA team.
  • Contribute to team training, capability building, and consistent ways of working.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance the candidate experience end-to-end.

Qualifications

Key skills & experience

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven delivery in fast-paced, matrixed environments (technology or production industries a plus).
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities.
  • Pro‑active, solutions‑focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders, able to influence and advise effectively.
  • Strong partnership skills, working closely with HR and business leaders.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence in recruitment, including process discipline, data accuracy and quality of hire.
