An established design and build fit out contractor operating across London is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Services Manager to join its senior delivery team. The business delivers high quality commercial interior projects and is known for its collaborative approach, strong technical capability, and consistent performance in fast paced, design led environments.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the MEP design and delivery across multiple prestigious fit out projects in Central London. As Lead Technical Services Manager, you will manage building services from preconstruction through to practical completion, supported by a team of Technical Services and MEP Managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall MEP strategy across assigned fit out projects, from design development through installation, commissioning, and handover • Act as the primary MEP point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders • Chair and lead MEP coordination and design workshops to ensure technical compliance and seamless integration • Review and approve technical submissions, drawings, specifications, and O and M documentation • Drive the MEP programme in collaboration with planning and project delivery teams • Support procurement through technical input, tender reviews, and subcontrac...
