Are you from an electrical or technical background and looking to step into a senior, office based role where you can lead from the front within a fast growing smart technology business?

This is a rare opportunity to take a lead position in the building automation space, supporting advanced systems used across smart homes and commercial buildings, while mentoring a small team, all within a modern office environment with no call outs or site work.

You'll be joining a European leader in intelligent automation, known for developing its people and offering clear progression. With structured training, including an international programme, you'll become a key technical figure within the business while supporting the development of others.

In this role, you'll work closely with installer partners, providing high level technical support, guiding complex installations, and helping maximise system performance. Alongside this, you'll support and mentor a small team, acting as the escalation point for more complex issues. The role remains fully inbound and relationship led, combining technical expertise with light leadership responsibility.

This role would suit a senior electrician or technically minded engineer looking to move into a leadership position within a specialist, office based environment.
