Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Lead UX/UI Motion Animator to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £52.54 per hour.

The motion interaction designer is responsible for bringing life to the UX/UI vision through creative use of motion, interaction, choreography and transitions that create cohesion and delight within the digital experience.

The motion designer will be primarily involved in defining how motion brings life to the UI but will also lend their skills as a means of communicating concepts and demonstrating the vision to key stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:

Create and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions and micro interactions into the design of HMI and UI UX content across various digital platforms. Collaborate closely with UI and UX designers to translate static design content into dynamic intuitive experiences. Work closely with technical teams and SW developers to ensure dynamic content is optimised and feasible. Maintain visual consistency across multiple interactions within digital experiences. Liaise and co-ordinate with creative operations, programme management and business operations teams to ensure content delivery timing can be supported.
