About the Role Were seeking an experienced Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to take charge of a team delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation of water treatment systems across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on leadership position where youll manage a team of engineers, provide expert technical support, and ensure operational excellence and safety compliance on all projects.
Key Responsibilities As Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer, you will guideand support the service team in maintaining and repairing water treatment equipment, including:
Softeners
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Units
Ozone Units
UV Units
Dosing Systems
Side Stream Filtration Units
Conduct fault-finding and remedial works on water treatment equipment.
Lead installations of new water treatment systems.
Be the main technical point of contact for all product and system queries.
Develop and implement service procedures and engineer training programs.
