Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone
Contract: Part Time 22.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: £24,599.81 - £25,875.00 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Women's Health Physiotherapist to lead and develop our Women's Health Physiotherapy service. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about women's health and wants to combine clinical expertise with leadership in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers the flexibility to maintain a strong work-life balance, while still providing the opportunity to lead a specialist service and influence patient outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
As a lead Women's Health Physiotherapist you will:
Lead and develop the Women's Health Physiotherapy service , ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for women's health conditions.
Provide expert advice, rehabilitation and education to support patients in achieving their recovery goals.
Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated patient care .
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical governance , ensuring best practice standards are maintained.

What we're looking for:
Essential
Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC .
Extensive experience working within Women's Health Physiotherapy .
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and deliver compassionate, patient-focused care.

Desirable
Previous leadership or service development experience .
Experience working within a private healthcare setting .
