Key Responsibilities: • Deliver a robust induction, setting clear expectations for learners. • Identify individual learner support needs and provide tailored interventions. • Set and review SMART targets to ensure learner progression. • Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to learners. • Regularly assess learners against apprenticeship standards. • Ensure learners complete their programme within set timelines. • Conduct progress reviews and update management on learner performance. • Deliver functional skills training within the first 7 months of the programme. • Collaborate with trainers to ensure a seamless learner experience. • Promote Equality, Diversity, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety throughout the learner journey. • Address quality and compliance feedback to meet organisational standards. • Work closely with employers to ensure learner outcomes and expectations are met.
