Learning and Development Business Partner

Chambers and Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Learning and Development Business Partner to join our People Team in Birmingham.In this role, you’ll support the delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences across the organisation, from designing and facilitating development sessions to managing our digital learning platform (Kallidus) and supporting the performance review process.This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our Birmingham office.We’re looking for someone with experience delivering training both in person and online, who enjoys working collaboratively and has a genuine passion for helping others grow.If you're ready to make a positive impact in a global, people-focused business, we’d love to hear from you
Partner with teams across Chambers to gather insights and enhance development planning.
Design and deliver bespoke development programmes for colleagues across the organisation.
Own digital learning strategy by promoting and expanding the use of LMS (Kallidus).
Shape learning objectives and own delivery for management development.
Oversee the Performance Review Process.
Experience of delivering learning sessions in person and remotely
Experience of diagnosing learning opportunities and scoping to then deliver learning projects
Knowledge of the learning lifecycle and adult learning theories
A passion for learning and development.
