Learning and Development Expert Location: Hybrid with 2 days in the office in Slough
Role Overview The Learning Expert is a key driver of the learning strategy across Intercontinental markets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and the broader regional learning strategy. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders and the Global Market Access Learning team to define and develop impactful learning initiatives.
Working in close partnership with the Intercontinental East and West Learning Leads, the Learning Partner engages with commercial, medical, and market access teams to co-create and implement learning solutions.
This role acts as both a designer and orchestrator—translating learning needs into actionable plans, engaging subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed, and coordinating learning agendas across functions and stakeholders.
