L&D Programme Manager (International)

Uxbridge, London (Hybrid)

Circa £55,000 + 10% bonus

We’re hiring an L&D Programme Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives across EMEA & APAC.

This is a great opportunity to join a global business where you’ll take ownership of L&D programmes, work closely with international stakeholders, and drive real impact across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver L&D programmes aligned to business goals
• Manage LMS (ideally Workday Learning) and external providers
• Partner with HR, HRIS and key stakeholders across regions
• Analyse L&D data to drive improvements
• Act as the go-to for all L&D across international teams

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in L&D programme management across multiple regions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• LMS experience (Workday ideal)
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent)

Hybrid working (3 days in office) + some international travel.
