LTE Group has an exciting opportunity to join our Group Operations team as a Learning and Development Partner on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis. Based out of our Openshaw campus in Manchester, this role is hybrid working up to two days per week in the office.

Learning and Development Partner overview. Provide L&D services and initiatives to the business. The role will involve the design and implementation of learning strategies, managing training programs, developing core skills and knowledge and supporting the business in creating a positive culture and environment in which our colleagues can thrive.
