We're currently supporting Airbus in finding a proactive and relationship-driven Learning Business Partner (LBP) to help shape and deploy high-quality learning solutions within a busy production environment. What you'll be doing As a Learning Business Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for a defined business area, ensuring training is planned, delivered, and continuously improving. You will: Drive learning plan delivery Deploy the annual learning plan for your assigned production area, ensuring training is delivered on time, on cost, and on quality. Work with business focal points to monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and keep learning activities on track. Build effective relationships Act as the main point of contact for all learning matters, providing trusted advice and guidance. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Business, Academies, HRBPs, and other key partners. Understand business needs Gather learning requirements and priorities by maintaining close business proximity and understanding operational constraints. Assess feasibility of learning projects and advise on the most suitable solutions. Coordinate training deployment Collaborate closely with the training administration provider to ensure seamless organisation of training sessions. Anticipate risks and manage escalations quickly and collaboratively. Contribute to wider learning initiatives Represent the LBP team in multi-functional meetings, sharing data insights, risks, and recommendations. Support local and international learning projects in partnership with central learning teams.
What you'll bring We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds. To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have: Experience in a customer-facing role (learning experience beneficial but not essential). Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across varied teams. Solid organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in problem solving and managing multiple priorities. Competence in IT systems and learning administration processes. Awareness of intercultural working dynamics.
