The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving a site-wide learning and continuous improvement culture, ensuring that all incidents, observations, and lessons learned are effectively captured, analysed, and translated into meaningful improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with strict regulatory requirements, while leading the Corrective Action Programme (CAP) across a large, complex project environment.
