Learning & Development Advisor - Knowledge Transfer - 12 month contract - Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria (required onsite 2-3 days per week) - £47.86 ph UMB or £35.55 ph PAYE (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). The Role

The role will spend the majority of their time sharing specialist knowledge and providing support to business facing generalists in a business or sector working with other People Advisors and People Partners within the People Function. Requires a good understanding of how to deliver in their area of specialism and how to integrate and deliver projects and changes to processes in a business.

Role holder will have a good level of knowledge and bring components of best practice and external benchmarking to BAE. This could be in specialist areas not limited to but for example: employee relations, strategic workforce planning (SWP), Learning and Development, Talent Management and nurturing, Performance and Capability, diversity and inclusion and Reward.

Security Requirements: SC & UK EYES ONLY

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC and you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum 5 year period.
