Required profile: The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position, supporting the smooth running of learning and development activities. Youll be involved in:
Scheduling and coordinating learning sessions for colleagues and partners
Administering L&D programmes and events, including logistics and delegate support
Creating and distributing branded materials for online and in-person learning
Supporting virtual sessions as a technical producer (Zoom/Teams)
Editing recordings and maintaining digital learning content
Managing the Learning Hub on SharePoint
Liaising with facilitators and handling communications
Providing administrative support for projects, onboarding suppliers, and processing invoices

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and diaries
High computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-changing environment
