Learning & Development Digital Specialist (6 month FTC)

New Yesterday

Our Story

From its inception in 1994, Chrissie Rucker’s vision was to build a company that specialised in stylish, white, designer-quality items for the home that were not only exceptional quality, but also outstanding value for money. In addition to this devotion to simplicity, it was imperative the customer was put at the heart of everything and provided with a second-to-none shopping experience - and so The White Company was born.

Today, the company that began as a 12-page mail-order brochure has become one of the UK’s fast-growing multi-channel retailers and a leading lifestyle brand with 75 stores across the UK and impressive global growth.

Our Role

The Learning & Development Digital Specialist will be key to shaping TWC’s future digital learning landscape. This FTC role is tasked with recognising the opportunities to drive digital learning within the business and to lead the transformation of how learning is delivered by leveraging innovative technologies and methodologies within and beyond our Development Hub - our new LMS provided by Kallidus.

Passionate about digital learning, the specialist will create, implement, and manage engaging digital content that supports the professional growth of all employees.

This role will work alongside our L&D Manager in driving our Learning Offer, supporting content creation, optimising our new LMS, and driving digital innovation to embed digital learning into the company’s culture and strategies.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in driving digital learning within a retail business, utilising new technology, great data and the ability to drive digital solutions.
