Learning & Development Manager Stoke on Trent, ST4 5AB £49,742 per annum Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning strategies and frameworks that build employee capability, support career growth, and drive performance, with clear alignment to business goals. You will work closely with Senior Leaders to promote a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of learning, development and training.
