Setting up the Learning and Development function Implement and deliver Apprenticeship programme Deliver competency frameworks and career pathways Design and implement effective training programmes to meet organisational needs implementing a Training Academy Identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
