Setting up the Learning and Development function Implement and deliver Apprenticeship programme Deliver competency frameworks and career pathways Design and implement effective training programmes to meet organisational needs implementing a Training Academy Identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, making improvements as needed. Maintain accurate records of employee training implementing and managing a skills matrix Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in training practices. Stay updated on trends and best practices within the industrial and manufacturing sector.Profile
