Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking Learning & Development professionals with deep expertise in the financial services industry to join their growing team
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the L&D strategy - designing, implementing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and capability across the organisation
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business goals
Partner with senior leaders to assess learning needs and develop solutions that enhance leadership, technical, and behavioural capabilities
Oversee the implementation of blended learning programs, leveraging digital learning, workshops, and coaching interventions
Evaluate learning effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement
Manage relationships with external learning partners and vendors
Qualifications & Experience:
10 - 15 years of relevan t experience in Learning & Development, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech
Proven track record in building and scaling organizational learning programs
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory training, and leadership development in financial environments
