At St Elizabeths Centre, we are on an exciting journey of transformationenhancing how we support, develop and empower our colleagues across our 60-acre site. We are now looking for a proactive and technically skilledLearning & Development Systems Administratorto join us on a consultancy basis and support this important work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact behind the scenes, helping ensure our Learning & Development systems are effective, engaging, and fit for the futureultimately supporting the incredible work we do with children and adults with epilepsy, autism and complex learning needs.
About the Role
Working closely with ourLearning & DevelopmentandHR Systems & Analyticsteams, you will provide hands-on operational and technical support as we enhance and evolve our Learning Management System.
You will play a key role in ensuring our LMS is responsive, user-friendly and aligned to the needs of the organisation during this period of change.
What Youll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining courses, programmes and certifications within the LMS
- Uploading and updating SCORM packages
- Managing audience groups and user access to ensure accurate learning pathways
- Supporting the coordination of both digital and face-to-face learning activities
- Collaborating with internal teams to align learning systems with wider organisational goals
- Providing day-to-day system support and troubleshooting
Were looking for someone who is:
- Technically confident with strong LMS experience
- Experienced inTotara platforms, ideallyLearning Pool
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions
