This opportunity is to join our team who support four fantastic individuals in their own flats and out in the community. The people we support live with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours, and they require specialised support and consistency with every aspect of their life.

You must hold a valid UK Drivers License for this role.

Shifts: This is a 24-hour service, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 8:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 8:00/9:30pm, sleep ins or waking nights, some weekends.

We use a digital social care record system, to support daily recording, which will make your day-to-day tasks easier and allows you to spend more time with the People We Support
