Learning Manager for Mathematics
Are you ready to shape the future of maths education and make a real difference in learners' lives? Due to growth, we are looking for an inspiring Learning Manager for Mathematics to lead and strengthen our maths provision across the college.
The role
Lead the design and delivery of our maths curriculum, from GCSE resits and Functional Skills to adult learning and employer-led programmes.
Support and develop a committed and talented team of teachers to deliver excellent lessons and outcomes.
Work with colleagues, schools, employers and awarding bodies to ensure our offer is ambitious, inclusive and future-focused.
Drive innovation through digital tools, evidence-informed practice and inclusive pedagogy.
About you
Strong knowledge of maths teaching and curriculum development.
A track record of effective teaching and supporting student progress.
An understanding of the Education Inspection Framework.
The ability to lead with confidence: motivating colleagues, setting direction, and driving improvement. You may already be in a formal leadership role, or you may have developed these skills through leading projects, initiatives or teams.
