The Role – Learning Mentor

Qualiteach are seeking an experienced Learning Mentor to work within an SEN school in Hillingdon. As a Learning Mentor, you will be working closely with students across KS2–KS4 who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex behavioural needs. You will support students both academically and emotionally, helping them regulate behaviour, build confidence, and engage with learning. The ideal Learning Mentor will be patient, resilient, and experienced in de-escalation and behaviour management strategies. Previous experience in an SEN school or alternative provision is highly desirable.

This SEN school is based in the London Borough of Hillingdon and caters for students aged 7–19 years with a range of additional needs. The school provides a nurturing and structured environment and is well-resourced to support both students and staff. The school is accessible via public transport and offers onsite parking.
