The Role Learning Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking an experienced Learning Mentor to work within an SEN school in Hillingdon. As a Learning Mentor, you will be working closely with students across KS2KS4 who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex behavioural needs. You will support students both academically and emotionally, helping them regulate behaviour, build confidence, and engage with learning. The ideal Learning Mentor will be patient, resilient, and experienced in de-escalation and behaviour management strategies. Previous experience in an SEN school or alternative provision is highly desirable.
