Job Overview

We are looking for Student Learning Mentors to work within our Secondary School partners who are responsible for providing tailored support to students.

Job Role

Student Support and Guidance: Provide tailored support to students facing barriers to learning, helping them manage personal, social, and academic challenges.

Behavioural Management: Implement strategies to improve student behaviour, providing one-on-one mentoring and group interventions to encourage positive change.

Monitoring Progress: Track and report on student's academic and emotional development, working with teaching staff to ensure appropriate interventions are in place.

Building Relationships: Foster strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Safeguarding and Welfare: Ensure student's safety and well-being by following safeguarding protocols and offering emotional support to address any personal or welfare concerns.
