Reports to: Visitor Service Manager Creative Learning & Education Type of Contract: Fixed Term 12-Month Contract,Part-Time, 20 Hours Per Week. JOB PURPOSE To assist the Visitor Services Manager Creative Learning & Education in delivering a range of learning-based programming, including schools workshops, community group guided tours, weekend events, holiday family activities, and educational projects. This role also includes assisting tearoom teams to serve food and beverages for school and community groups, and some duty management responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY To deliver the learning and engagement provision at the property to a set of agreed standards, as well as assisting in developing new and existing learning programmes across ages and ability-levels.
