Key Responsibilities:
Create, implement, and evaluate impactful learning and organisational development programmes that support personal, professional and leadership growth across the organisation. Work closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand capability needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support talent development and succession planning. Proactively assess and respond to strategic and local learning needs, ensuring alignment with wider organisational goals.
