Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (16 19 Study Programme) Location: Northwich & Crewe Salary : £24k About the Role Our client is looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team and support learners aged 1619 to succeed in their education and career pathways. Working closely with tutors and support staff, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping learners access the curriculum, develop confidence, and progress towards their goals. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment, particularly for learners with additional needs or Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). As the Learning Support Assistant you will also support learners in accessing work placements, liaising with employers and local authorities to create meaningful opportunities that support career development.
