Learning Support Assistant- Bricket Wood Contract: 13/04/26-17/07/26 We re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Bricket Wood. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs. Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEND programme Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH in a school or educational setting Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff About the school: Good Ofsted rating Strong focus on pupil wellbeing and progress Why choose Engage Education?
