SEN Teaching Assistant - Towcester and Surrounding Areas Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire Agency: Tradewind Recruitment Job Type: Flexible / Supply / Long-term opportunities available Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary and secondary schools in Towcester and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant working through Tradewind Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive schools. You will support students with a variety of special educational needs, which may include Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. Your role will involve working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff to provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping students access the curriculum and develop their confidence, independence, and social skills. You will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
