Experience: - Proven ability to work effectively with children with a range of Special Educational Needs, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional and behavioural difficulties - Confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours in a calm and supportive manner - Experience in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting the differentiation of tasks to meet the diverse learning needs of students - Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support and ensure the overall well-being of the students.
