In this role, you will support pupils across the school, working both within the classroom and in small group or 1:1 setting. You'll help ensure that all learners are supported to reach their full potential, both academically and socially.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide in-class support to pupils with a range of learning needs
* Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention
* Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to support all learners
* Support pupils with engagement, confidence, and behaviour
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN, as well as experienced Learning Support Assistants looking to further develop their skills within a larger school setting.
