We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils aged 7-14 (expanding later to 16), many holding EHCPs for autism, ADHD, or co‑occurring needs. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team where teachers and therapists collaborate closely to design individualised learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across the National Curriculum and an enhanced enriched curriculum that embeds therapy into daily learning-especially in personal development, life skills, outdoor education, arts and drama. Build trusting relationships and actively engage learners academically, socially, and emotionally. Assist during lessons, transitions, enrichment sessions, break/lunch times, and offsite trips.
