About the Role:

We are seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are enthusiastic about making a real difference in the classroom. You'll work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to support pupils with a range of needs, including:

Autism (ASD) Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) Speech and Language difficulties Learning difficulties Behavioural needsWhether you're looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term roles, we can offer you assignments that fit your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs Assist the class teacher in delivering a supportive and inclusive learning environment Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Support pupils' academic and personal development Adapt resources and teaching strategies to meet individual needsRequirements:

Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or SEND setting A genuine passion for supporting learners of all abilities Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply through us) Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essentialWhy Join Academics?
