The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the primary age range (year group flexible depending on experience and school need)
*
Deliver targeted interventions to support literacy, numeracy, speech and language, or social skills development
*
Assist the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
*
Support pupils with SEND including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, or learning difficulties
*
Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence
*
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and the SENCO
*
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
About You
*
Experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a primary or SEND setting
*
Understanding of SEN and inclusive classroom strategies
*
Confident delivering small group interventions
*
Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)
*
