Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom. Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education. Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs is desired, but not essential - the right attitude matters most.
