This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a Teaching Assistant role and are passionate about helping learners overcome barriers to education. Key Responsibilities: Individualised support: Provide one-to-one guidance and adapt learning materials for students requiring additional help. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to create and implement effective support strategies to suit the needs of each student. Positive Role Modelling: Encourage respectful, inclusive interactions between students to promote positive, welcoming behaviours.
