We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Medway, supporting pupils with complex communication needs, ASD and a range of additional learning needs. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting pupils with a personalised, engaging and therapeutic approach to learning Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social communication skills Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment Using strategies such as visual supports, sensory regulation techniques and structured routines What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with SEND (ASD experience a bonus!)
