Learning Support Assistant - Winchester

Prospero Teaching is looking for a caring and dependable Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Winchester area. This long‑term role focuses on supporting children who may need additional help with learning, concentration, confidence, emotional regulation, or accessing lessons effectively.

You will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide consistent assistance throughout the school day. Your role will help pupils feel supported, engaged, and able to take part in learning within a calm, structured classroom environment.

The Role:
