As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require additional academic support.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
Support pupils with mild SEN, learning gaps, or social and emotional needs.
Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.The successful Learning Support Assistant will be patient, proactive and confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children in a school setting.
A nurturing and calm approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
