Academics are currently seeking qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) for various day-to-day and short/long term supply positions. The roles involve working in primary and SEN schools across Caerphilly . Our opportunities provide tremendous flexibility, enabling our staff to choose the days they prefer to work. Additionally, these roles hold the potential to transition into long-term and/or permanent contracts within some of our partnering schools. Pay: £88.94 - £95 a day ( depending on experience and qualifications ) Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant include: Providing learning support for learner(s) in a classroom environment or in 1:1 situations. Running specific activities to assist the learner's individual learning and social needs. Working as part of the team to ensure that the well-being and personal development of the learner enhances their learning opportunities and life skills. Providing positive praise and reinforcements to learners.
