Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Construction Department at Slough & Langley College on a Term-Time Only basis.Learning Support Assistant ConstructionThis role requires you to work 37 hours per week Monday Friday 08:30 17:00 (16:30 on Fridays) for 37 term time weeks per year. This position pays on Scale G of the support staff pay scale offering a take home salary of G17 £20,750.89 (£24,983 FTE) to G19 £22,246.80 (£26,784 FTE).The responsibility of the Learning Support Assistant Construction is to enable students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.To work under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and lecturers to assist with teaching, learning and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
