We are working with a school that are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team from Easter 2026 on an ongoing basis.Key Responsibilities: Providing one-to-one and small group support to students Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties Encouraging engagement and confidence in learningRequirements: Experience working with young people within the past 2 years A patient, supportive, and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for education and student development Fully enhanced DBS or a willingness to apply for one via ourselves The Education Network is committed to Safer Recruitment and recruits to Compliance + standards.
