Key Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils

Assisting students with additional learning needs (including SEND)

Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Supporting classroom management and behaviour strategies

Preparing learning materials and resources

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting preferred)

A patient, caring and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for education
