What You'll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs *

Collaborating with class teachers to implement targeted support plans *

Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing *

Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, preferably in a school setting *

Confident in using creative and adaptive approaches to support individual learning *

Calm, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive difference *

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
