Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
Work alongside teachers and SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support AssistantRequirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

Experience working with SEN pupils or as a Learning Support Assistant
A caring, patient and flexible approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Understanding of behaviour support strategies
