About the role: Providing general classroom and individual support across subjects in KS3 Helping students develop organisation, literacy, numeracy and communication skills Building strong, positive relationships with students who need additional guidance Monitoring progress and reporting on student development to SEN and pastoral leads Supporting the emotional wellbeing of students and encouraging resilience About you: Experience supporting students aged 11-14 is highly desirable Calm, positive and encouraging approach to learning Able to work flexibly and adapt support to different student needs Comfortable liaising with teachers, families and external professionals Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply) Why join this school?
