We are seeking exceptional individuals to join a specialist alternative provision inNorth WestLondon, supporting young people with complex needs who require a more tailored approach to education.This setting works with students who have experienced barriers to mainstream education, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.The role demands a calm, consistent, and proactive approach, with a strong emphasis on behaviour management, de-escalation, and relationship building.About the RoleYou will work closely with teaching staff to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviours.
