Excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant looking to develop SEN experienceResponsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant for pupils with additional needs
Support small groups as a Learning Support Assistant to enhance learning outcomes
Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
Assist the class teacher and SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support Assistant
Help pupils access the curriculum and build confidence as a Learning Support AssistantRequirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children with SEN
A caring, patient and proactive attitude as a Learning Support Assistant
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to support behaviour and learning needs effectively
